DRESS CODE
- Cover your arms, we recommend: Hoodies/Sweatshirts/Long Sleeves Cover your legs, we recommend: Jeans (no holes).
- Cover your feet, we recommend: Sneakers/Boots no open-toe shoes, no high heels or sandals (including crocs)
Medical/Pregnancy
I understand that any of the activities available at this facility may place unusual stresses on the body. Use of rage rooms are not recommended for persons suffering from asthma, epilepsy, cardio/respiratory disorder, hypertension, skeletal, joint or ligament problems or conditions, and certain mental illnesses. Women who are pregnant or suspect they are pregnant, and persons who have consumed alcohol, are not recommended to engage in the rage room. **Consult with your Medical Practitioner if you have any questions or concerns about your ability to engage in the rage room.**
Age policy
Rage Room: Must be 10 years or older to participate. Paint Room: All Ages *All persons 17 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the visit.
Pictures
Personal photography and video is encouraged, just tag us @thebreakroom_avl and use #thebreakroomavl
Rescheduling
All reservations including same-day reservations will be allowed to reschedule 1 time only and will be charged a $25 rescheduling fee each time. If you miss your rescheduled time slot, your session will be lost.
Cancellation/Refund
Due to limited time slots, we expect you to show up for your reservation. Requesting a refund for no-shows is NOT acceptable. All sales are final and not eligible for a refund. Any deposits made are non-refundable. Arrival
Participants must arrive at The Breakroom Rage Room at least 10 to 15 minutes prior to scheduled session to sign waiver and get suited up. The amount of time listed on the package is the time you have to smash/break stuff in the room. Punctuality is key! Each time slot is booked in advance, so to respect the punctuality of our other customers, arriving late to your session will result in a shorter session.
